Manuscript consists of the text of the Śarīrakamīmāṃsābhāṣya, or the commentary on Bādarāyaṇa's Vedānta-Sūtras, by Śaṅkara, in 4 adhyāyas. Manuscript includes the text of the sūtras.
Winternitz notes that there are entries by C. M. Whish dated 'Tellicherry 1827', but he thinks the manuscript is probably about 50 years older.
Text begins: yuṣmadasmatpratyayagocarayor viṣayaviṣayinos tamaḥprakāśavadviruddhasvabhāvayor itaretarabhāvānupapattau etc.
